We are committed to ensuring the privacy and security of all personal information collected from our customers and other parties that make contact with us. 2.0 Personal information that we collect:

When you submit an application to International Trade Management, we will need to collect information about you so that we can offer and provide professional services or to complete any other transaction. This information includes, but is not limited to, your name, your contact details, your requirements and relevant company, business and financial information.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect from you is accurate, up to date and complete and that when we use or disclose that information it remains accurate, up to date and complete. If you request that we correct or change information that we have previously provided to third parties, then we will do so provided it is reasonable and practicable to do so.

3.0 Deleting data and storage period:

The personal data of the person concerned shall be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage has lapsed. Storage may take place beyond this if this has been envisaged by the National laws, in AU legal regulations, acts or other provisions, to which the controller is subject. Any blockage or deletion of data shall also take place if a storage period prescribed by the aforementioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data in order to sign an agreement or perform a contract.
